 Prior to establishing and operating The Production Source, Inc., Carey Jones was Partner/Managing Director of Premiere Entertainment Services, the first production service company in NC. During that time she developed the most fluid processes for supporting film productions with their acquisition of film products, rentals and services. She is specialized in the NC Film Incentive and the NC audit process.With 15 years’ experience working on films, she understands the needs of the production and is dedicated to making sure their filming experience in NC is unparalleled to any other incentive state. |

With a background in Communication Studies and Business Administration, she enjoys the fast pace of the film industry and is excited to be a part of the team. Born and raised in North Carolina, she is enthusiastic about helping more productions come to her home state and take advantage of the NC tax incentive. |

 Ashton Blessing has worked in the film industry since graduating from Full Sail in 2006. In the past five years, he has worked on eleven productions in various positions from accounting clerk to 1st assistant accountant. This has provided him with a comprehensive knowledge of productions accounting as well as the North Carolina tax incentive. |
